Prior to founding Bosson Consulting, Yvonne Bosson was the Global Mobility Manager at Texas Instruments (2002-2008), managing the outsourced program which included domestic relocations, international assignments and tax. She had the strategic responsibility for the worldwide expatriate and U.S. domestic relocation policies, procedures, improvements, and costs. Additionally, Yvonne was the vendor manager for core global mobility suppliers (contract, fees and service delivery). Under her management, with the support from the suppliers, the global mobility program realized >$8M in savings.
Prior to Texas Instruments, Yvonne was an Account Manager for Ernst & Young (1998-2002). She managed client account team deliverables, a large account team of ten consultants and communicated service deliverables with the global account team to ensure standardized operations. Yvonne spent six weeks in Singapore training as E&Y expanded the same service deliverables to Asia. She also co-led numerous new account transitions.
Yvonne's career in relocation began with ST Microelectronics (1994-1998), where she supported the in-house expatriate program for the North Americas region and outsourced domestic relocation program.
Yvonne has traveled extensively internationally (approx. 20 countries). She is a dual citizen (U.S., France) and makes an on-going effort to improve her French language skills. Publications: Education/Certifications:
